Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 8gbaje, including but not limited to: live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis), slot games, crash games, fishing games (Royal Fishing, Ultra Treasure), and any bonus or promotional programmes offered to registered players. These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms communicated at the point of a promotional offer — all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8gbaje.

Amendments to These Terms

8gbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 8gbaje, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 8gbaje or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8gbaje or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 8gbaje is not responsible for any losses or service interruptions arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 8gbaje will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as activity authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach by contacting support at [email protected].

Accepted Payment Methods

8gbaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8gbaje does not apply a currency conversion fee or spread on BDT transactions. The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically confirmed within 30 seconds of the transaction being completed on the mobile financial service provider's end. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 8gbaje is not responsible for delays caused by payment service provider outages, scheduled maintenance windows, or network interruptions outside our control.

Withdrawal Processing and Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed during platform operating hours. Standard processing time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals is between 1 and 24 hours from the time the request is approved. 8gbaje may request identity verification — including a copy of your National ID (NID) card and a selfie — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large withdrawal amounts in excess of ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Declined Transactions

8gbaje reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal request if: (a) the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder; (b) the transaction triggers an AML or fraud alert; (c) the account is currently under review; or (d) the requested amount exceeds applicable limits. Where a deposit is declined after funds have left your mobile wallet or bank account, the amount will be returned to the originating account within 3–7 business days, subject to the payment provider's reversal timeline.

General Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 8gbaje are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selection — including stake amount, game type, market, and odds — before confirming any wager. 8gbaje does not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet or game round except in the specific circumstances described in clause 4.2 below. The platform's server records are the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes settled. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's display and the server record, the server record prevails.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A sports bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) the event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; (c) a market is suspended due to a data feed error or factual inaccuracy in the market pricing at the time of placement. Void bets on live casino games may occur in the event of a verifiable technical failure on the game provider's server — in such cases, the game provider's resolution protocol governs the outcome, not 8gbaje's discretion.

Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 8gbaje. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the point of placing a bet. 8gbaje reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where the platform determines this is appropriate for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or operational risk management purposes. Such restrictions will be communicated to the affected account holder where reasonably practicable.

Cricket Betting — Special Conditions

Cricket markets on 8gbaje cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other scheduled international fixtures. For cricket betting purposes: (a) a match must have a minimum number of overs completed as specified by the relevant governing body before it is considered official; (b) Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are recognised as official for markets on matches affected by weather interruptions; (c) Super Over results are settled according to the final result of the Super Over where applicable. 8gbaje's cricket market rules are aligned with the relevant tournament playing conditions.

General Bonus Terms

8gbaje offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount), eligible games, minimum odds for sports free bets, and expiry period. These specific terms are supplementary to and consistent with the general Terms stated here.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Playing with bonus funds on games that contribute 0% will not reduce the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

8gbaje actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; making low-risk or zero-risk bets (such as betting on both outcomes of a market) to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; using a bonus on games not eligible under the promotion terms; and any coordinated activity between players designed to exploit a promotion. The platform's determination as to whether bonus abuse has occurred is final.

Service Availability

8gbaje aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages (including game providers, payment processors, or hosting infrastructure), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 8gbaje is not liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities, missed promotional windows, or failed transactions — that result from periods of platform unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8gbaje's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8gbaje is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or opportunity; losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms; or losses resulting from a player's use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming guidelines.

Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect odds price, an incorrect game outcome, or an erroneous credit to a player's account, 8gbaje reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance accordingly. Players are not entitled to retain winnings that arise solely from a verifiable technical error. 8gbaje will communicate with affected players in a reasonable timeframe when a material error correction is required.

Suspension by 8gbaje

8gbaje may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received in relation to the account; (e) the account appears to belong to a person under the age of 21; or (f) continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's integrity or to the account holder's own wellbeing under responsible gaming obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 8gbaje support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8gbaje operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction other than as required by its operational framework. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 8gbaje, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a full written description of the dispute, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's review, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior compliance team at the same email address, clearly marked as an escalation. 8gbaje is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
